Made something similar for fishing gear for way back there! Worked great. Some dirty dog stole it! Now I use an old golf cart, works better and easier on the back. You should have patented it

There's this thing called a lid, that you can put on a bucket to keep things safely contained inside, even liquid things. Keith They sell a lid that snaps on the bucket, and has a screw off port lid that's water proof.

The best way to carry a 5-gallon bucket so you are balanced is to carry two; by the handles...

Do you get shot if you use a yellow bucket? I believe blue would be the color of choice.

?? How would you fill that bucket, then wiggle your arms into that harness , stand up with it full and not spill a drop ? My back hurt just wondering how to harness up in that once it's full. UNLESS....you have a siphon system or hose to fill it after it is cinched on ...ugh.... I suddenly feel like a pack horse You first figure out where the bucket will ride on you. Then take your chain saw and cut a tree leaving the stump to the predetermined height. You then set the harnessed bucket on top the stump. Take another five gallon bucket and bring water to fill that harnessed bucket. Once you have filled you can strap up and walk off.
The difference between animals and humans is that animals would never let the dumbest ones lead the pack.

If I wanted to carry a heavy, round thing on my back, I'd just carry Hal's ex-wife... Do you happen to experience with this?
