Should be fine. Is there a reason why not take the couple minutes each to skin? Saving carcass for bait or something?

Yup

Fat coonhides, could keep for several months without risk of freezerburn causing any issues with handling. The only small animals I will freeze for a few days are ones that are frozen already in the trap.Like weasels, marten, squirrels etc.

Rats frozen whole then thawed are messy to skin.

Agree!

Just don’t freeze for long Dave.

Gotta make time to put them up Dave, probably could have had one done in the time it took you to log in and post.

Hope your stacking them up and catching all of them
