We had a little dog that I'm very sure had dementia. It was about 14 years old. Started getting aggressive for no reason, would forget that it had been fed, would forget to go outside to go to the bathroom, would forget it had just been outside, sometimes wandered around the house like it was lost, it was also deaf. Had to put her down after she came close to tearing into our son's hand one day when he just tried to sit on the couch near her.

Do some of you really think the vet just “missed” the fact the dog has diabetes when he specifically tested for it and said it was negative?
