I butchered one about a month ago and made a leg for dad on the tregor. It was very yummy, my son who doesn't like lamb was eating on this leg all week thinking it was tri tip.

Goat is even better than lamb. I never would have guessed it, but my Russian friends eat it often and fed me some; I've been converted.

If you never had lambcicles or goatcicles you can't imagine what you've been missing.

There is a place up in Austin that serves great lamb plates and has belly dancers. If you ever come through I'd tell you to stay clear Wolfie- some of them ol girls can cast a spell on ya!

Boy it's like a cross between really good and tender squirrel rabbit and venison! Was seasoned very well to add to it !

Cause it means more for me laugh Good eating there!
Lamb like any meat is only as good as the person that's preparing it.
