3.79% i think. Dang near paid off. Gimme another 12 months. If hadnt bought a piece of land hunting property i would be done now. 30 year loan, done in 13.

I got 3 flat in 2020.

Money cannot buy you happiness, but it can buy you a trapping license and that's pretty close.

Gary currently that is a good rate. The Feds are expected to raise interest rates several more times by end of year.

Last year I locked in at 2.5%
