Boil it and eat it cold. Makes great sandwiches!

I had it on tacos. I believed the restaurant boiled it, than seasoned it and cubed it for taco meat. It was alright, but just regular beef tacos work for me.

Boil it and eat it cold. Makes great sandwiches! My neighbor had me try it this way. He boiled it forever. I'll admit it was pretty good.

I had it once. A friends mom made tater tot casserole and I had some. Nothing special, green beans, tater tots, cream of mushroom, burger. Afterwards my friend asked how was supper. I said OK, I had 2 plate full. He said it was cows tongue not burger. Tasted find to me.
But I like all kinds of strange stuff. All chicken guts. Heart, liver, gizzard. Blood sausage. And other things the old lady calls gross things!
WISH I HAD MORE TIME TO TRAP!

P:S: LOTS of crushed red pepper to spice it up till your sweating.

Nope. Once was enough. Never again. It wasn't chewy like other meat gets chewy. It was chewy like little cubed memory foam meat pillows. Yuck.

My Grandmother used to pickle it. As kids we got started eating it that way and loved it. Very good sliced in sandwiches too, like many others have said.
