Apparently, this system is very old and no initiative was taken in the past to repair the system. I imagine due to money problems since 1 out of 4 residents live in poverty. GREENCOUNTYPETE trapper G Joined: Sep 2013 Posts: 18,621 Green County Wisconsin	so aging water system shrinking population taxes based on growth your city shows no growth because well there is a swamp in nearly every direction and everyone wants to live in the township with 5-10 acre lots not in the city or village. now i know nothing about Jackson MS but I just described 1/2 of Wisconsin small cities and villages America only has one issue, we have a Responsibility crisis and everything else stems from it.
