We can't even get a little snow every once in a while in the winter. They are all winter storms with names now. If weather patterns are truly being altered irrevocably by human activity, there is really only one pathway to mitigate it. Personally, I am much more concerned about the wholesale annihilation of ecosystems with our current farming practices.

Remember when we had cold snaps ?? Now we have "polar vortexes" .... Can't even get a weather report without it being sensationalized

True, they start by saying so many millions in harm's way.

But the weather forecast is a part of the ratings. And the ratings mean more money for the ads .And money makes the world go round

Remember when they actually get the weather partially right? They can call for 80% chance of rain and not a cloud in the sky. They can call for blue bird skies and sunshine and it’ll be a slow rain all day dropping a couple inches. Even the future radar ain’t worth a crap 30 minutes out.

Thats the part that I find quite funny. They can get the weather right fr mid day in a report sent at 12:00 but they can tell you exactly how much ice is going to melt from the ant arctic ice caps in the next 25 years if we don't all immediately pay a lot of money to prevent it from happening.

They started naming anything that wasn't nice weather 2-3 years ago. They are now saying the we have seen more named storms than in any time in history.

Its the biggest con job in history IMHO.... Heck from what they predicted in the 80s, My place should be beach front property. I remember a couple of years back some of these pseudo scientists made an expedition into the arctic to show case how much ice was melting. They gave up because there was .... yep you guessed it ... too much ice to get through.

Then please tell me how are cruise ship traveling to the NORTH POLE so the clients can take a polar dip.

I am sot saying that the climate is not changing. It has done that for as long as this planet existed. Sometimes just by the natural variations in the sun activity, sometimes because of other influences that were more drastic like super volcano eruptions or large asteroids.
Those changes will not stop because humans find them uncomfortable. And they are not as quick and drastic as they try to make us believe as every "prediction " thus far has been wrong. They even had to change the name of the whole game from global warming to climate change as they have no idea whats going on and " change" leaves the game while open too interpretations that fit the narrative. remember in the 60's when the first nuclear powered submarine surfaced at the north pole ?? Yea that must have upset Santa and his elves.

I really don't watch podcasts but this one might interest some of you. It's the Joe Rogan Experience #606 with Randall Carlson. Randall Carlson talks about global warming and shows how the earth has been heating and cooling for thousands of years... Apparently there was a study years ago in Greenland where they extracted an ice core sample from a glacier and discovered these changes. I don't know if it's true... Be your own judge. I found it interesting. Also one of my wife's favorites is Mr.MBB333. He's on YouTube and he talks about global weather and such. The point is he watches weather patterns and claims the absence of hurricanes is because of the Sierra desert sands that have been traveling across the ocean recently, disrupting the formation of tropical storms. Again I don't know... You be the judge. Maybe someone will post the links.
