I am in canada we can't buy this I need some as well, the wasps are bad this year. My daughter is going to the us on a trip. I think that Taurus was mentioned. use 1/4 tsp to a can of chicken. A weaker dose , so the wasp takes it back to the hive, kills the queen and colony. The active ingredient is Fipronil 9.1% solution. Where is the best store to look for it. Tractor supply, home depot. walmart? Are there other products as well. old243 It took me a long time to find a place that would ship it to my in my state. Most had a list of like 20+ states they would not ship to unless you were a licensed exterminator. But eventually I found one. I have no idea of other solutions.

The difference between the can of spray and a can of laced chicken is that you do not have to find the nests. The yellow jackets will find the chicken and said bait will wipe out all and any yellow jackets within a few hundred yards radius. I clear my 42 acres of those guys with one can of chicken split into 6 bait stations and placed around the property.

Wonder if this will work the same? https://www.acehardware.com/departm...f101d974575798891f3b6fd&gclsrc=3p.dsWhat's Included: 1# bait Brand Name: Starbar Sub Brand: Quikstrike Product Type: Fly Bait Active Ingredient: Dinotefuran and 9-Tricosene Brand Name: Starbar Container Size: 1 pound Odorless: No Organic: No Packaging Type: Canister Pest Type: Flies/Gnats Product Form: Granules Sub Brand: Quikstrike Safe for Edibles: No Safe for Pets: No Indoor or Outdoor: Outdoor Click here to see the Safety Data Sheets for this product. This is about the same right? Taurus SC Fipronil Termiticide, manufactured by Control Solutions Inc., is a termiticide/insecticide used to control and prevent termites for up to 10 years and other insect pests around structures for up to 90 days. This product contains 9.1% Fipronil as its active ingredient, which provides effective results through the active's unique systemic transfer effect. As a non-repellent insecticide, pests like termites, ants, cockroaches, and other labelled insects will unknowingly come into contact with the insecticide and spread it to others in the nest through contact or food sharing for total colony elimination. Due to efficiency and durability, this professional termiticide can be applied up to a maximum of 4 applications, remaining in treated soil for up to 10 years to fight against termites, and outdoor perimeter treatments only need to be applied twice a year. Taurus SC Fipronil Termiticide can easily be mixed as a trenching solution, a spray solution, or a foaming agent to kill targeted insects like termites in wood, walls, slabs, and foundations. It is ideal to use before construction or after construction to eliminate termites.

Just found a nest in my shed today , they sure build fast. Sprayed with wasp spray, heavy, hope it takes care of them. The pears were too wormy to use, ( didn't spray at all) and they were everywhere after the pears. Must of found an opening to my shed, and built a big nest. Saw them swarming by the door today, and checked tonight. Wasn't going in during the day. Couldn't believe the nest was so huge. It's only been about 3 weeks since was last in there.

Navigator SC is a cheaper, off brand of Taurus SC. Both contain 9.1% Fipronil. I'm waiting on some I ordered on 9/1/2 022.
Keith It's still pricey . But it may work better than a cheaper fly bait. They all seem to claim the same results. Product Information Navigator SC-Mixture As a non-repellent insecticide, termites and ant pass through Navigator SC without detecting its presence, passing it to the entire colony. Navigator SC Termiticide/Insecticide is labeled for use at 0.06%, 0.09%, or 0.125% finished dilution to control termites. Mix between 0.8 oz to 1.6 oz for desired rate. Use the strongest dilution rate for severe termites infestation, problem construction types, or problem soil types. Navigator can be applied as a foam. For perimeter pest, mix 0.8 oz per gallon of water and spray with a low pressure hand pump sprayer. See label for complete instructions. Manufacturer: Amvac
