I found an old stamp collector's book I had from about 60 or 70 years ago. It has stamps from various foreign countries mostly.
Is there a place I could go to for an honest opinion of what it might be worth?

Scott's stamp catalog is your guide.
Look them up online.
Another source would be a local stamp club.

I’ve got 4 big books of 1000s of stamps from the early 1900s that were given to me. I’ve always wondered where to find out their value. Last place I would have thought to check would have been here. I’ll have to see if I can find a local stamp club.

Most are worthless except for the postage value. Start using them on some letters!

I would think that foreign stamps from that long ago would have some value because some of those countries no longer exist.

Yugoslavia
Czechoslovakia
plus lots of countries in Africa.

Bison88 - I doubt many of them would work for postage in the US. Just saying……….

I do have stamps from some countries I've never heard of before that are listed in the book.
