Those jacks are a little dangerous. Have got me unjammed on several occasions. When you need one you need it real bad. Can even break down a tire with one. Lay the tire down under the bumper set the bottom of the jack on the tire where it meets the rim. A few pumps and the bead is broke. A tire iron and a hammer to get it off the wheel. Can be used as a clamp. Couple chains or straps it can be used like a winch.

Those who would give up essential liberty, to purchase a little temporary safety, deserve neither liberty nor safety. Benjamin Franklin (1706-1790)

I didn't know they actually jack down. The old ones I had years ago, you hooked them under the bumper, jacked up the truck, did whatever you needed the truck raised for, then grab the handle, stick it straight out and turn the jack to the side unto the truck fell off it.

I moved a 13X40 building using 2 handiman jacks and fence posts. I had the building moved with a buddies stack mover then dropped it in the yard until the cement work was done. I moved it ahead then rolled it up on the slab into place it had a 2 foot knee wall that took a beating but I replaced that with new treated lumber.

Saved me a ton doing it myself added an overhead door to one end rewired some of it added double pane commercial window I got dirt cheap then heated it with my boiler.

Now I get to rebuild a lot of it back to the way it was before the fire. Just a shame they busted my 5X6 double pane tinted window I had a old French door window I laid down in front of my work bench.
