If you don't know about this guy just go look him up..doesn't hunt much at all but is the literal world champion in FClass. But yeah said he wants to do a hunting rifle and his choice is , interesting. Honestly not what I was expecting but he is looking at tweaking the reamer to " today's standard"

I like his videos. I'm a hunter. Not a competition shooter. He has a lot of good info on hand loading. I grew up in the west. I want to be able to shoot 6 inch groups at 400 for my deer or coyote guns. A bit further for elk. A lot of what he talks about applies to competition only, for example I dont need a 2000 dollar scope. Still a lot of good information in his videos.

7mm08 has to much recoil? My youngest killed hid first deer with one at 7 years old with zero issues at 103 yard with one. I can't tell a difference between it and a 243 and neither can my boys.
