Snap-On boxes , with the tools he has in them , there is probably about $100k there.

what's he got...two screwdrivers and a crescent wrench?

good to hear I ordered the yukon 46 inch box with hardwood bench top it in white

figured it is dark enough in the basement might as well make use of the light I have.

Good wisecrack....lol
I took this picture of his toolbox because he changed jobs and we had to move it.

That won't fit in a pickup or even 3 pickups.
So , 6 people , and 26ft U-haul box truck. We had to break it all down and take every drawer out because it was too much for the power tailgate to lift the boxes full. Filled the whole truck with drawers stacked 3-4 deep. The suspension of the truck squatted a bit. Lots of weight.
Took the better part of a day to break it down , load it , unload it , reassemble with 6 people.

I have 2 more Craftsman boxes not in pic , about due to get another one as they are stuffed full.

Edit - added pic. I keep these 2 boxes at the firehouse as I am the company's truck mechanic.

The Craftsman series chests and cabinets were made for Sears by Waterloo in Sedalia, Mo- really good quality. I have two sets for tackle- nice sets.

I've heard that they were made by Waterloo. Good toolboxes , no complaints.
I got a good deal on the box in the bottom pic , bought it used on Craigslist. The guy that sold it to me told me it was his dad's and he recently passed. The son cherry picked out what he wanted to keep and sold me the box about 1/2 full of tools for $600

Waterloo was actually building brand recognition in the medical field, a lot of the ER Crash carts and surgical med carts were Waterloo. Then they sold off the medical business unit to focus on Sears… not a good wagon to hitch your horse to.
