If you go back in the video, the people with loud speakers call for the crowd to *Break the glass!" over and over. They should have been immediately arrested for inciting a riot.

There's a Muslim women on who just told the police officer that they were promised by a higher up official that no one would be arrested. They are angry because someone was arrested anyway.

It would be fun to get in front of the crowd with a loud speaker and get them chanting with you and then change the chant to a pro American one. I suspect many to most would mindlessly chant it.
