Anyone know of a way to lower these pans a little?

I have them on northwoods 1.75 and they sit about 1/4" above the jaws. I thought about putting a slight bend in them but I'm not sure how that might effect the dog/notch connection and pan level.

I have the tool. These pans are perfectly level just sit 1/8"-1/4" above the jaws. Was wondering if there is a trick I'm over looking or if I'm stuck with them sitting a bit high due to their design.
