Thanks for all the input guys, much appreciated.
I have a bit flexibility with my work (machinist) schedule.
So for now I am not doing the things up high and overhead that get it irritated, and am doing exercises to strengthen the lower muscles and "open the gap".
Just 2 days of this shows a tad bit of improvement. The pain, when reaching, is not as "electrical" and hardly no pain at all when relaxing or doing minor work down low.
Maybe a month or so of this regiment will get me along for a while.
Here we go again .... yet another "lifestyle change".
Thanks again,
smile
