Nah. We have all sorts of types here. The kids have gay friends, friends that claim to be trans, friends that are strictly religious, friends who's parents are strong Biden supports, friends who's parents are strong Trump supporters, etc. My wifey works with all sorts of people through her work too, both adults and kids. My kids learn to be decent around all people as long as they're decent to them, and sometimes even if they're not, and they learn that what other people do doesn't have to affect them. Good example..... tomorrow I'm taking the girls to a roller derby thing. Being the 1st of June, it's also apparently some sort of pride thing. We've talked about. We don't have to accept their beliefs, we don't have to like the pride stuff. We're just there to watch a roller derby. We'll enjoy the show, and if it gets weird, we'll leave. Pretty simple.

About the only kind of person I won't be around or let my kids around are people that want to complain about politics, mostly because I and they find it silly.
