California already passed a bill to offer some protection to gay men having anal and oral sex with underage boys.

"In January 2019, California state senator Scott Wiener (D-San Francisco) introduced a bill (SB-145) to modify the state penal code to allow certain individuals convicted of sex offenses involving minors to apply for discretionary relief from having to register as sex offenders. The bill was passed by the legislature on Aug. 31, 2020, and signed into law by Gov. Gavin Newsom on Sept. 11.

Our own state legislators are clueless about capital murder cases and bonds for the turds. They are trying to push a bill through that would allow for no bonds on these type offenses. The only problem being, the statute is already in place and has been for as long as I can remember. The DA has to make a motion at the initial appearance for a no bond based on the nature of the crime and the continued threat to the public. I have never seen one in any case I worked or any other, that was denied.

The current case in Houston with the two illegal invaders that sexually assaulted and murdered the 12 year old girl is my case in point. To hec with a 10 million dollar bond. get the petition filed before the Judge and get them no bonded.

I think, Mayorkas, Biden and any other village idiot within their scope and close circle should have to pay for the funerals for each and every person murdered at the hands of these invaders. at their expense, not mine and your expense.
