Can't beat fresh thyme market.
I picked up 4.99 crab, 5.99 13 to 15 count shrimp and some 4.99 21 count.
We are pretty good over the holiday.
I use a seafood stock in shrimp scampi

…. Mix it with turkey 101 and chug it I've done some dumb things in my younger years and I'm sure I have some dumb things yet to do but I wont do that!

We are pretty good over the holiday.
I use a seafood stock in shrimp scampi I got shrimp shells in the freezer now waiting for when I need a stock made up. Gonna do something this weekend just ain't decided yet on gumbo, jambalaya or etoufee. If a do etoufee I got ten pounds of crawfish to thaw and peel.

Well tonight my wife (27 weeks pregnant) said the smell of the crab stock in the fridge makes her sick. So much for my big plans. You could pressure can or freeze the crab stock, until her nausea from the pregnancy passes. Keith

You guys are worse then my toes.... Fresh or not at all... You probably eat that china seafood,,,,im guessing..... Gulf or Georgia shrimp, Louisiana crawfish. This far inland I have to settle for frozen.
