I can't carry at work but I can have one in my pickup, I would prefer to have it locked up.

If I need to leave mine in the truck, I typically just hide it. I was never allowed to carry at work either but in my 32 years I was never frisked. Even better, no one ever saw it or more importantly heard it.

well a friend had a bunch of the cheapies

and who the heck knows where he was hiding the keys when he died some what abruptly without telling any of us, no worry takes me about 30 seconds to get in one with a screw driver or two

all I have to say is if a plastic clip holds the lock in your metal box , it won't for very long

Bought mine at Cabelas, works fine. Key open, fits under the seat, has a cable to attach to the truck. Maybe not the most secure, but better than nothing.

Used only when I can't legally enter an establishment, otherwise it's on my hip!

Mines in the center console always at ready. I’m not gonna be the guy that says- Hey wait a minute bad guy while I unlock my gun, if I can find the key or remember the combo. That’s like carrying without one in the chamber, to each they’re own I guess.
