He is putting rabbits in it. Don't think he wants to freeze them to death Um, more insulation doesn’t make it colder. And he also said that it will eventually be used as a meat cooler.

You can go up 2nd story and double you floor space for practically nothing, just the cost of slightly higher poles or studs, cost of some extra siding, a few extra joist's, and the floor deck.

Yes sir an why every building I build will be 2 stories except this one. Where it's going I don't want any more windows blocked. It will be blocking 2 as it is.
