Really lost for words here. Tom loved this site because of all the great friends he had made. I accompanied him to twin bridges get together twice, and a few of the wy events. I learned a lot from him and greatly valued my time with him. I got married, had three kids. Moved to the north west corner of the state. I had less time for Tom adventures, but we still had at least 2 per year. His number is still in my"favorite" contacts/ speed dial..... I really hope that I get to meet more of his friends from here as he always had great things to say about you guys and loved learning about new things. Gone too soon, and I hope to take this knock as a new beginning where I can teach my kids all the things he taught me. Thanks to everyone that was such a great friend to my uncle and please reach out if so inclined.

Sorry to hear! He was a great person and loved life. My brother went the same way 11 years ago, elk hunting in the same area.

Really enjoyed his posts and pictures. He seemed to always be in good spirits. Died doing something he evidently loved. That is the way I want to go. RIP Cattrax.

Sorry to hear the news of Tom's passing,was lucky enough to meet Tom at CD 23.Had a very good visit with and told him I really enjoyed is wildlife photo's he had posted.Prayers sent to his family,RIP.
