I would not want to climb up or down any ladder held together by wicker, especially after it's been exposed to Minnesota weather.

Aluminum and fiberglass ladders are dirt cheap at estate auctions.

Hal's nieces are younger and have larger assets. Hal's nieces also appear reluctant to spend any of their assets on clothing.
