Sliced apple with Adams peanut butter or chia milk with a little vanilla SF syrup and blueberries or a handful of nuts and fresh fruit. Salted peanuts in the shell or pistachios for for a snack.
United we stand.

I usually eat cold meat sandwiches or leftovers for lunch. We have two very good delis near me that sell deli meat and cheese ends cheaply. I usually buy whatever ends they have available, which is many different varieties of meat and cheese, when I go to those towns and freeze them until needed. I eat peppers and/or olives on most of my sandwiches.
What do you guys typically eat for lunch.
Keith Sandwich for me too. Hard salami, baby Swiss, mayo, on rye bread is my favorite.

Sandwich or some leftovers from the night before for lunch. Then a super at 5 and nothing after 6PM till the next day at high noon. No breakfast for me but coffee.
Give me a fish, I will eat for a day. Teach me to fish, I will eat for a lifetime

Sammich for me. Whatever is leftover. Might be ham, chicken salad, beef salad, roast beef, meatloaf, corned beef; PBJ or straight cheese if there is nothing else. Rarely buy any processed lunch meat from a deli.

Lunch is my first meal of the day. Usually a tuna salad sandwich or soup and sandwich.
With the US so divided, I'm just glad to be on the side that believes in God, has the most guns, and knows which restroom to use.

I’ve been on cleanup duty for over 20 years, so I eat the leftovers from the night before. She hasn’t been able to adjust since 3 of the 4 boys moved out, so there are plenty of leftovers Same here. Usually just have at lunch, what I ate the night before.
