Saw this post and hoping to answer one of my biggest questions: how do you add pictures to threads? I have some threads that I want to post, but I have no idea how to add pictures to them. Any tips?

I keep all my pictures on an online storage site. Smugmug to be precise. They charge an annual fee but there’s no pop ups and they don’t change policies midstream like a couple others. I was with photo bucket originally but they were horrible to deal with. It’s worth it to me to pay a little for no hassle photo storage.

I copy the link attached to a picture of mine on Smugmug and paste it in the photo attachment icon.

First foothold otter.

Nice otter, good thing you had it rigged to drown or it looks like you'd have found a toenail and some disappointment.

That set was a little crossover from a small pond to a creek. Mainly mink and muskrat, but I knew with enough time an otter would get into it.
A # 11 on 1/8 slide cable with two brake rotors at the deep end (4 feet of water). Definitely have to anchor for otter at this location

I should have snapped a picture this morning. In addition to running my coyote line I’m doing a badger complaint for an irrigation district not far from my line. I checked it at 0630 and no badger. Got out on the line checking coyote traps and got a call from the district foreman asking if I had checked this morning. I assured him I had. “Well you got one after you left this morning.”

I finished checking where I was and ran over. Sure enough. There’s a badger that wasn’t there 2 hours earlier. And it had done a pretty good job of tearing things up in just a couple hours. I dispatched and reset. I doubt I’ll get another there but I’ll give it another week and then pull my traps. The foreman was pleased to have the dike digger gone.

This morning's catch, 1 beaver and 5 coon.

My season is off to a pretty good start. Took a week off from work to bowhunt and trap. My first canine this season was my first fox ever.

Vacation back home at the family's farm I totalled 2 fox and 7 coyotes with a bunch of coons, possums and a couple skunks.

Since vacation it's been slow going with a handful of traps in our yard but have caught 2 more coyotes and my first cat of the season. I'm hoping to Starr this next week removing some problem coyotes for a coworker.

Thanks Turtle, that first coyote in that last photo post was on a drag the other two were set along trails that enter our yard and are in cover. The ones I have on drags are in an effort to get them to cover as there is a lot of farm traffic along the road we live on. Never had one messed with but would rather not risk it either.
