Hello everyone! I have done a lot of testing in the last 2-3 years. And found an lure recipe for marten that works incredibly well.

Here is the recipe:
10 oz lure base (I use a mix of 50% raspberry jam and 50% honey).
3 oz castor.
10 drops peppermint oil.
10 drops anise oil.
5 drops valerian oil.
3 drops bergamot oil.
Glyserin til you get the consistency you like.

A lot of trappers swear by lure for marten.I have sucess with a large chunk of bait.

How cold are you operating in, just about any lure works until you hit -20C ?

I bet that would be a good early fall grey fox and coyote lure as well.

I was thinking the same thing for gray fox

In fact, I'm going to whip some up and add some fish oil as well. I can already see the greys licking their lips.
