OR store it in a fridge in a plastic container? Go to your pantry and look what comes in a plastic container. It's shocking.

Water bottles BILLIONS used every day .

My wife would not let me replace the old microwave that went out over 10 years ago. Most but not all of my take food to work goes in plastic. some is glass but has plastic snap down lids. And all the water I use at work comes in plastic. There is no getting away from it but it can be reduced some.

If we consider how we would survive in nature without processed and readily available foods, we would get a microscopic amount of fat from plants and almost all of the fat we would consume would come from meats. It's the way our bodies were designed.

We use lard, butter, occasional olive oil, avocado oil and rarely peanut oil.

I do coat clean cast iron in a very thin coat of grape seed oil.

Seed and vegetable oils give me the squirts.

How many lies will people believe before they realize their own idiocy?

Rendered bear fat, avocado oil, and butter get it done for us. Every once in a while olive oil.

You cant eliminate all the bad things we eat, but you can certainly cut out a lot of bad things without trying to hard. I felt like I was pretty conscious of things. Then I had kids, lol.

Coconut oil on the stove top is the only way to pop popcorn. two bad it's not on my menu any longer.

I use a 16$ air popper, 20+ years old
