Y'all get yourself some of those blue screws they sell at the hardware store 3/8" diameter
Drill a hole into a good sized love stone for the blue screws
Take 4 or 5 links of chain and stuff that blue screw through the link on either of that small piece of chain
And screw it into the hole in the rock, it's now a drag and an attracter
Is that better?

I have SEVERAL Viagra jokes but I will skip them because this is serious business. I believe what he is referring to is concrete lag screws or bolts. You drill a pilot hole in concrete (or rock) and then thread the bolts in. All that I have seen for concrete work have been blue.

Interesting , been years since I've done any concrete work.
Mid 80's I think, doing a basement with a French drain.
