Unreal and congrats. I'm a coues and a Sitka deer away from completing my NA bow deer slam. Lot of people have no idea the work that goes into these things

Careful it doesn't turn into a "Clarence the Lion" or Black Giraffe thing in the libtard media.

Nice critter. Question Bernie. Why no mention of a blue bear in the article ? Good question. The Kermode bear and glacier bears are out of the reach of most hunters and not one of the four major color phases. I would love to get those as well, but I doubt if that will ever happen.

Pretty cool critters. I have seen two killed off the same sand bar....about 5 years apart. They seem to be more prevalent in SE AK That'a the only place they are found; in a very small area.

That's what surprised me about the two killed here. I am about 7-800 miles north of that area...about 6 degrees of latitude Interesting. I plan on looking into these more so I can learn more about location and hunting them.

That was so interesting. Nice job! I never realized there were 4 color phases. I thought only 3, black, cinnamon, and blonde.
Congratulations and thanks for putting it on Trapperman for all of us to see.
