Western South Dakota Fur Harvesters Association will sponsor a youth Trapper Education workshop this Saturday October 20th. It will be held at the Newell SD sheep yard starting at 9am and finishing at about 3 pm. Lunch will be served.

The course will cover Trap setting, tuning and preparation. Also skinning, fur handling, ethics, regulations and more.
Parents are encouraged to attend.

This will be the second WSDFHA youth trapper workshop we have done this fall. Our first was in Hot Springs on October 6th. It was well attended by youth and adults and considered very successful.
