That's what I've been told. Cats don't just rush in, except on you tube videos of course. I tend to dedicate an entire morning or evening to one spot. Too much time is wasted moving when you only have an two or three hours of good hunting. Time is my issue. Work is unrelenting. I have to fight just to get a weekend off. Also building my house by myself from a bare lot. Mostly done, but still so much to do.

was I the only one who opened this thinking , it was how to range animals beyond a know range (distance)

America only has one issue, we have a Responsibility crisis and everything else stems from it.

I could have worded it better, but I do believe it's a very interesting subject and doesn't invite squabbling like so many threads here do.

I will eventually catch a mountain lion. They are sporadically seen (actually seen) but are making into OK. I have a mile of river so I am in a travel corridor. Assuming my MB550s will hold it.

In 2000 , I managed to call in two lions while calling cats/coyotes on Black Kettle. Pretty cool experience.

That is very cool.

I reckon there’s been a few confirmed sightings of fishers. Here in northern Illinois…I don’t think there’s a viable population though. But it’s interesting to note, that fishers love raccoon on the dinner table and we’ve got plenty of them and don’t hole up near as often as our northern neighbors do because we don’t get near enough cold blasts.
Who knows?
Then I’ve been seeing armadillos nailed on the highways over the past few months in my neck of the woods in south central Illinois.. I’m hoping I don’t have to mess with releasing them… they sound like too much work and are disease ridden,,,
Critters have been expanding ranges for thousands of years, and unfortunately others have declined because of it
