The lawyer he hired didnt also sue for court costs?He needs a new lawyer.

Well,he should have sued for ALL costs incurred due to the false accusations.Winning a case isnt supposed to cost you a nickel in the long run.Tell him to hire a New York lawyer from now on.Didnt you ever see the movie "My Cousin Vinny"? grin
