I think that after the fire, much of the Caribou Hills is now called the "Black Hills!"

I've been checking the crime rates for the different towns, cities, villages in AK and I was very suprised that some of the areas up there that are only slightly bigger in population , are many times worse off than here !!

Take Soldotna, AK , for example; I found a nice ranch house that I could either live in myself and fix it up as I go , or do the fix and flip thing and probably make a nice profit. But, when I looked at the crime rate for Soldotna. HOLY COW !!!

We had a vote yesterday to go Damp...it failed by almost twice the vote against...so its still ileagle to posses,manufacture,import and consume adult beverages...unlesss you find a bootlegger,then its $120.for a bottle.....the last vote was like 25 years ago..I voted that time also..in them days I voted Yes..yesterday was a No vote..I would love a cold beer..but this place would be a madhouse,without a keeper.....
