we make it and the recipe depends on how many heads you use as to how much meal and sage you add.

we grind the liver,tongue and all the meat from the boiled heads and add it into our pot.

i usually help Jerrys mom make it (bout time again) and we have between 4 and 6 heads.

i know one thing for sure, its sure hard to stir after ya add enough meal to it.


rubbed sage works best in it,imo.


IF IDIOTS GREW ON TREES THIS PLACE WOULD BE AN ORCHARD !
