I like the retrievable stakes by ron marsh, but am thinking about trying some of the others. just tryin to get a feel for what everyone likes.

I'll have to find his info. when I find it tomorrow I'll pm ya. I am not sure but I think he goes by Trapperron here, and he's from PA.
Get a hold of Nick Bower, he sells them cant remember his website, but his company is Bower Built, you can do a search for it.

Washer stakes otherwise pogo's. I agree if you use the pogo driver you have some that will stick but I make my own driver and never had one stick and I trapped in sand and mud last year and for .16 apiece you can't beat them.

I really like the pogo's, yaa once ina while they'll be one hang up but not any worse than the old open ended iowa disposable stakes did those bullet stakes look real good i ever find any i can afford i;ll have to give them a try too.like huntinglonewolf said .16 ea is hard to beat price wise.

when you use the pogo's, do you have to straighten out the j-hook to slip it in the washer, or can the fit as they come pre-bent?

I've used them all at one time or another, settled on Pogos, super stakes are good as are Iowas, Berkshires just didn't work out for me.I've found that with a little filing on Pogos driver I very rarley have one stick and the driver and there very cheap and easy to use, plus I can go up or down in size depending on the conditions, thats a big plus in my book.....B.....
