2 Whole rabbits quartered.
2 Large white Vidallia Onions
16oz cup of sour creme
Quarter 2 rabbits. Cook in water until just getting tender. Remove and drain. Place in the bottom of a glass pan suitable for oven cooking.
Chop both onions in to rings and sautee in plenty of butter. When onions just start to caramelize take them out and spoon over rabbit. Salt and pepper to taste. Spread the onions out to cover all the rabbit. Pour your sour creme over the onions and rabbit. Spread with a spoon to cover everything. Bake on 325* for about 45 minutes. Then move to top rack and broil for about 5 minutes. Taste Great!
