Natural gas is coming weather you like or not ,it has already taken the world be storm . If you like frogs ,fish , muskrats this is good for them , if you like sending money to forgin county's it's bad for that
^^^ You are correct sir ! I did a little google research the other day to see the difference between CNG and propane/ butane, which is LP gas. ( Liquified Petroleum Gas ) CNG is just that Compressed Natural Gas. LP gas is much more dangeous since it can pool due to the fact that it is heavier than air and is slow to evaporate if a leak occurs. CNG is never liquid, it is lighter than air and evaporates quickly if there is a leak ( both are about equal if they are contained like in a building ) but outdoors there is a big difference. A couple years to convert a auto to CNG it cost like $10,000 . Now depending on who does it... it can be done for under $2000 . Now we just need more stations to add it and a lot of competition to keep the price down. !!

I know what your saying , makes Me wonder why were not using it more already ,the stuff comes out of ground ready for your truck , makes me wonder why LP was ever made I the first place , why can't they deliver natural gas to these houses that burn LP they could just deliver LNG like there running in these big trucks , if natural gas burns clean why is my grill burning dirty LP , why is there this idea put in people's heads that it's dangerous , we got gas wells every we're here in Michigan , I guess under lk Michigan there's major gas , Any idea of the cost to run gas lines thru rural ares, Propane comes on a truck, you can get enough in the tank to last thru a winter.

Natural gas comes from Canada,,,,,,,,a foreign country maybe your part of the country... but for the rest of us there is plenty to go around. with the new technology of horizontal drilling new vast natural gas fields are now being developed all across the US ! Its here, it burns clean, and is ready for market right out of the ground ( no new refineries needed ) One of the largest gas formations in the world is in north Louisiana. Its called the Haynesville Shale .

Good for you, Arkansas. Because of horizontal drilling, there is no need for any of us to pay what we are now paying for gas. Not only do we have some of the largest gas deposits anywhere, the same goes for petroleum. I'm not sure why anyone but the liberals would resist tapping all these wonderful deposits. The only people who can earn multiple millions and still end up broke, are athletes. Me either, it just makes too much sense to use the resources we have now until other power sources are further developed. You just can't put the cart before the horse .... if you do you go BACKWARDS !

I here that , they had that drill baby drill thing going and just talking about it gas went under 2 bucks , things in this country started to get better , then they had that oil rig blow up down there in the gulf and that put a stop to it . Now we're at 4 bucks again and people are looking for ways to get people working again .Really simple just get fuel prices down and things will get better for all of us . What's really wierd there's no shortage of oil so why is it so high? I find it interesting that since they found out how to harvest the natural gas and drilled like crazy .... the price dropped from around $7.00 mcf to about $2.00 mcf...... . The oil is staying up because the speculators are betting on the price, due to the fact that much of our drilling is being held up by the current US administration. Also the EPA causes the price to be $1.00 per gallon higher due to the gasoline seasonal 'blends' they require
