Getting ready to purchase some more foam guns. Are the new cheaper ECO style Pageris foam guns any better than the Pur Fil or similar economy guns? Are they stainless or Teflon coated? They look similar to the HILTI guns and I have heard mixed opinions on those. Looking for feedback from those actally using the new ECO Pageris guns.

I just got one in the mail last week. I was surprised that it felt stouter than the green plastic one. It works great. And I probly will stick with it. For $34 its worth it!

They sell them locally for 27.00 I have not used one, but the couple guys that told me about them said they were extremely well made, and easier to use than the Pageris guns.

I replaced my green one with the Eco one a few weeks ago, like it so far. Been using the eco 36 incher for a while now too.

Thanks for the FB. Where are you finding them for these prices? What I have found is considerably higher.

I got a long and short barreled one from here - http://www.awarehousefull.com/categories/Foam-Insulation/Foam-Gun-Applicator/
and like them both (and they seem to work better then the DOW guns I had before) - all steel guns!

Ive got two pageris foam guns both have issues I took one apart found what was wrong then called only to find out that you cant buy parts for them. What a joke suppose to be top of the line and cant get a part to fix it???? I was told you couldnt disassemble them I had one completly disassembled and back together three times trying to fix it.It would take MAYBE a 5.00 part to fix but have to spend several times that amount to replace.Seems like a racket to me if your truck lays down you dont HAVE to buy a new one.

What Trapster said. It's maddening that none of the three types I have owned have replaceable parts. It's nuts to pay a hundred bucks for what seems to be a fairly well-made, machined tool and to be told it can't be repaired. There are about eight parts to the whole thing!
