Okay. My wife says that we need the story behind this.

I tend to agree.

I've been told that the meaning of "management" is the use of all resources - human and otherwise - to maximum benefit of all. So wildife management don't apply to WCO's - we don't manage wildife, but mostly remove them. Wildlife management does apply to state/federal programs/employees.

I wholeheartedly agree. Unless a NWCO has contracted to provide services over a broad area and is tasked with all the wildlife in that area it's not really management but just a small part of the whole. What we do is but a tool in the grand scheme of managing wildlife. Now since it is a part it does behoove us to understand that management so we can better play our role. If we can better explain our role to those charged with the actual management then the better off we are.

Are you sure you didn't mean gruesome in your case?

I like, "nuisance wildlife removal and exclusion".

When someone asks you if you "do" bats, say "That sounds kinky, oh you mean get them out of houses!" You have to be able to read people, though, I spent ten years of my life explaining what the white stuff I was squeezing out of male fish was to tourists, I know how to read people pretty good.
