What about side mounted chains on drag? Really dont want to have to bother with moving the chain on these but I might anyways..

I use a side mount chain set up on my coon traps with drags and see no advantages or disadvantages as compared to center swiveling. It may make a difference on yotes but i've never used a drag for one. I would however suggest changing out the junk j-hooks that come with the duke traps for some better heavier ones. dan

Hey marty, I kinda had the same Idea as you to make drags heavier only I take already made drags and slide a piece of pipe over them. Dan
