I made some last week and got way too much vinegar. Pretty sour. I've never put peppers in but I will next time. I also add the juice from a couple of cans of pickled beets. I'll have to write this recipe down.

I've done the habeneros......they are good. I'm going to plant some next year just for that reason. And you can do without the veg oil if you dont care for it.

HA HA HA HA!!!!!! Yes, that might be true. When I was on the road all the time, my co worker almost made me ride in the back of the truck for the last 10 hours of a 14 hour drive due to a similar situation. My wife would KILL me if I did this.... I'm doing it anyway.
