Had a nice call from the 911 department the other night at 1:30am about raccoons in an attic. The raccoons had been there for at least two months, I know this because I asked about these coon back then but was never called :rolleyes:.

Old house, looks about like a barn from what I was able to see after peeling back some siding. There is a 10x10 run that allowed the coon to run back into the house, too small for someone to get in there to manually do a cleanout.

Right now I am trying to come up with a list of options for them as I am not setup nor have the time to do clean-outs. Any help would be appreciated.

Remove the roof and sheathing and go in from the top. Very common problem around here. In this State you have to have to be, or have, a licensed contractor perform the construction work phase of the project.
