True that; when a dog's phaser is set to kill, only a phsical defense/counterattack will help you.
I once had a trainee who had worked in the St. Louis AC; this was soon after a little boy was killed by feral dogs in a park there. He told me that the thugs and pushers get the meanest, most uncontrollable dogs they can...then abuse them so the dogs hate everything. Sad fate for such wonderful creatures.

Paul, I hate to say it but you're dreaming. This isn't about yard dogs that want to lick your face. It's about dogs that maim and kill. You have obviously never encountered such animals and that's a very good thing.

The dogs referred to in the video killed one or two dogs then brought down an adult human, ripping her face off and only stopped when they were shot.

When Canada put the stupid gun laws on the books,the big bad dogs got to be common for thugs.A gun has to be locked up with a trigger lock, and ammo stored elsewhere.A pit bull can sleep inside front door.No charge for careless storage of a dog.I suppose when they outlaw all the dogs that can be used like that people will be using a Jersey bull for guard duty.
