Charge up front before you start funny how it turns just a bill after job done

No matter what business you're in, only you know what it costs to stay in business. And it is ALWAYS 2 1/2 to 3 times more than what you think it should be when you start up. As far as what customers think it should cost, don't even take it into consideration as they will put you out of business. People are weird. Rich ones can be extra tight with money, while poor people can be very generous. I stopped trying to figure them out a long time ago and charge everyone what keeps me in business. I always talk price before services are rendered, and collect money upon completion.

My input to this conversation is in regard to the customer -LANDLORD Most of our problems over the years have been with them, and LAWYERS Antennys are always in the up position with landlords. And if I know ahead of time it is a lawyer, the job gets politely referred to a friend who does not mind la cucaracha.

Just remember to be confident when telling them how much it will cost. You are saving THEM from the headache of dealing with that skunk or any other animal.
