one pound venison burger
1/2 cup cracker crumbs
one egg
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 green pepper, chopped
one small onion, chopped
1 eight oz can tomatoe sauce
salt and pepper to taste
Mix burger, cracker crumbs, egg, garlic salt, green pepper, onion and salt and pepper. Place in a greased baking dish or bread pan. Cover with top meat loaf with tomatoe sauce or catsup, can add some worchester sauce also for differant flavor. Bake in a 350 degree oven for one hour.
