No they have sectors, we don't. Groundfish regs is a whole other world up there.

I commercail fish fyke nets inshore in South Jersey. White perch
I have clamed,bait fished,hull sained,gill netted,back in the 80's I worked on the Surf Clam boats out of Atlantic City.
