Beaver Candy

This is what I do on a river that isn't real deep. Push snow into hole once you get snare pole in and it will turn to slush and freeze holding the pole. I once caught one before the hole froze and it came up on the ice. It was eating at the food pile where branches where sticking above the ice. I was surprised to see my pole gone and then seen the beaver.
