There's something strange going on. Most times when you put these food post up. I click on it and see we are eating the same thing. 10 pounds of king crab legs here. We steamed 6 pounds eaten with melted butter and a shot of lemon. The sun hasn't risen yet this Monday morn. I got the other 4 pounds out to peel to make crab cakes. Crazy thing is we eat crab cakes often, always with blue crab. This adventure going to be first time we try using king crab.

Thanks, Adam! I like those rotisserie chickens. They are a nice quick option!

Sounds good, Chick!

We must be tuned in to the same channel, Bud! All good! Boy, I can't imagine crab cakes going wrong with king crab. Wonderful.

Next time you try your favorite crab cake recipe try using Crappie or Bluegill fillets, boiled and broken up instead of Crab it's really good.

It is what it is.

We can our own yellowfin tuna. Had tuna salad for lunch today. Canned 75 pints last summer. Give some away to people who return the their jars - otherwise to second chance.
