Idaho trappers. Are you allowed to trap the banks of rivers in the Idaho boat access areas?

Yes, the areas you put the boats in the water. I was just curious. I am not talking about foothold traps but like 110 ‘s for mink along the banks out of sight of the public. I don’t see anything in the regulations saying yes or no..

Haven't looked, but pretty sure you cant set within 300 feet from a trailhead, 15 feet from roads and 5 feet off maintained trails. There's exceptions for bridges or something. Might be worth checking with the local CO just to make sure the access isn't somehow considered one of the above. Ownership might make a difference too. Otherwise, the areas I'm aware of have no restrictions.
