Hawks trapper H Joined: Sep 2012 Eastern PA	The JRs with offset and outside laminated 2 coil are pretty easy on critters. Caught my sons pet cat and my own beagle in JRs. No leg or foot damage. Also caught them a few years ago in 1.65 fully mod Bridgers. No issues. You would think they would learn. I think if you only get grey fox a 1.65 or 1.5 is fine, but if you have coyotes then the JRs are a better option IMO Do something worthwhile, take a kid trapping
